Our Partner retreat this year took us to Palma de Mallorca. We focused on our synergies in client relationships and the expansion of our firm. We were supported by our outstanding facilitator Sebastian Keilich. Among others, Sebastian has been the Lead Facilitator for the Chief HR Officer at LH Group and is now fully self-employed and open for meaningful collaboration. Sebastian has guided us through a wonderful and very successful day and enabled us to unlock amazing insights into ourselves, our strengths, our potential and our way forward, nourishing our team’s confidence and triggering new perspectives and ideas. We were also supported by the sunny weather, the impressive landscape and, of course, the fantastic Spanish cuisine 😊. The intensive days we spent together were a welcome and grateful break from our daily lives and give us strength to navigate through our global human and political challenges we all are facing.
